Unlike other agents, we are straight to the point. We don't like lengthy contract terms and we certainly don't like lack of communication. In order to sell your property we would need Proof of ID, Proof of Address and Proof of Property Ownership.
When it comes to selling your property, there are multiple factors at play, which make placing a time in which we guarantee to sell your property almost impossible. We will discuss our marketing plan for your property at the initial valuation. Hope is not a strategy when it comes to selling your property.
Aside from needing the necessary finance in place (and proof, i.e a bank statement confirming purchase amount or a Mortgage in Principle), we also need some proof of ID & Address. Our table of acceptable documents can be found here.
